SOTD- Late morning Saturday shave was simply great; a three passes with clean up to BBS-, no weepers or other mishaps:

Pre-shave: shower
Razor: RR Lupo Al
Blade: Feather DE (2) - sharp, really nice today
Soap: The Club Chasing the Dragon
Brush: Simpson Commodore X2 in Best
Post-shave: cool rinse, then some Chasing the Dragon splash

SOTD SATURDAY MORNING, NOVEMBER, 2021

Quicker shave than usual this morning as I prepare to return home. According to his father, my oldest son, Ben, everything is going well at home. Ben informed me that he polished off and then filled a nearly empty Oban 18 yr-old bottle with Vat 69 rotgut Scotch and left it out in my home bar. Kevin had two of his friends over, and the three pretty much polished it off. Ben tells me he thinks his son learned a lesson, judging by his face and his need for a headache pill yesterday.

I rose early so I could take my time and enjoy my shave. The little Klas Tornblom 4/8 maintained the fantastic shave tradition of all my Swedish 4/8 and cleanly and effortlessly removed my mug stubble in two and a fall very pleasurable passes leaving my mug porcelain smooth. My dome shave was every bit as good. My favorite Gillette, the New LC cleared away my noggin stubble with aplomb in the usual two ATG passes leaving your happy narrator velveteen smooth from shoulders to noggin.

PREP: Cold water rinse followed by a scrub with Argan Oil
BRUSH: MrEE LE #005 Aluminum Handled SybBad Knot
CREAM: Kapo Fresh Menthol
POSTSHAVE: Cold water wash with brush squeezings followed by a rinse with Humphreys Lilac WH. Finished with Bergamot & Thyme AS Balm.

Love the very nice scent from this soap-classy! The lather is super creamy and nicely slick today!
Last shave outing with this razor prior to sending it back. Put it thru another pasted balsa progression. Really keen but smooth and comfortable. 3.5passes for a dfs/ccs/sas result without any issues. Matching aftershave was just great!
