A very nice delicious scent from this soap plus a richly creamy and slick lather...wow!
A good shave with the razor. No issues in 3passes for a slightly better than sas result. The pasted balsa edge feels keen but smooth. The delicious matching aftershave is reasonably strong enough till noon...

Simpson Week SOTD:

I haven't used this Duke 3 in a long time. Like years. My Paladin brushes have pretty well obsoleted all of my natural brushes. But everyone should have a classic Simpson in their den. So I never had the heart to sell them all. Well... this Dule 3 did not disappoint. Surprised me actually. Lovely lather this morning with the Southern Witchcrafts Labyrinth. The rest of the shave was also top notch. WR1 .80, Gillette Platinum, clubman. Can't go wrong.

Comments	I used the Seaforth Sea Spice Lime soap for the 19h time. This time I used my B&B 10th Anniversary boar brush. Continuing to use the Henson Titanium in Middle loaded with a Personna Medical Prep blade. I seem to get the best results in this razor with the Med Prep blade. The shave was effortless. Have a good day, folks.

The first thing I had to do here was adjust my spelling of Simpson brushes....Their boxes says "Simpsons".. I thought that was odd but I had adjusted to that rather than the customary Simpson or Simpson's... It's taken me a few days to change that in my mind.

Razor : Star Bar #4model- Mfg 1919-20, excellent tame mid range, my favorite lather catcher, excellent audio feed back(scrapping toast), the design for what ever reasons are excellent for a daily driver also + excellent results!
Blade : Gem Personna SS PTFE(1) very sharp, great longevity, smooths out nicely + predictable.
Soap : Razorock XXX- nice fresh unique clean scent + excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi Red Zebra 26mm synthetic excellent lather generator, heavenly cloud like soft tips, excellent gentle scrubber + excellent lather painter.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock XXX with witch hazel+ a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results :CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers= Stellar shave with my Star bar #4 with a Fresh Gem coated blade.
