SOTD, Monday, Jan 6th, 2014
Prep with shower and Musgo Glyce
TFS Tabacco Verde Intensa soap puck + T&H badger
Filly DT 13 in two light passes and some cleanup
Cool water rinse, slap with Myrsol F
Spritz of Penhaligon's Lp 9

To my disappointment, the TFS should be labeled Diluito, not Intensa.
It lathers well but just no hint of a scent.
But the Lp 9 is great and seems lasting.

Hopefully will find a suitable 'reformulated' item for tomorrow!?

I've not had much time to take and upload photos over the last few days, so here is a picture from last week (Friday maybe?) and one from today.

Mitchell's Wool Fat - Semogue 610 - Gold Dollar #66 - Pinaud Clubman

This GD was honed on a coticule and it was ok. Needs a bit more time on the hone to be really comfortable.

Mitchell's Wool Fat - Zebrawood Silvertip - Toyo Scheon Burg #666 - GFT Marlborough

The Toyo also needs some work. Not the most comfortable shave but it certainly got the job done.

Latest version of Stirling today.

Monday

Prep: Hot Shower-Stirling Bath Soap
Soap: Stirling Ozark Mountain
Razor: ’66 Gillette Slim “6”
Blade: Perma-Sharp Super (2)
Brush: Whipped Dog Silvertip
Aftershave: Osage Rub

WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angle a bit for my beard)

I tried my sample puck of Stirling Ozark Mountain today. I have used the Ozark Mountain bath soap and already knew I liked the scent. Great lather, great shave. The Slim and the Perma-Sharp are still good friends. I finished with a blast of Osage rub!

Temperature of -15f, Wind Chill of -47f. I thought this was a good day for an all Tabac shave.
