Razor - Blackland Vector
Blade - Schick Proline
Brush - Morris & Forndran Chief 26mm blonde badger
Soap - Grooming Dept Angel
A/S - Cremo Reserve

Another terrific shave. This M&F blonde feels very different than the Heritage brush. Super soft tips, with very little scrub feeling. We'll see if the Heritage breaks in and becomes more like this, but it honestly does not look like the same kind of hair. Regardless, this one was awesome creating a very shiny, hydrated, and slick lather with the GD. It's a fairly assertive smokey leather scent, and really hit the spot on this cool gray morning. The Schick in the Vector was nice and smooth; this razor is just a pleasure. The shave is very close indeed, and I'm feeling comfortable and refreshed.

Sunday Schick Shave, OCtober 25th,2020

Razor: Stick Schick injector theme L series- Mfg 1973, I enjoy the theme L series. Can bring back memory's of better times.
Blade: Personna SS PTFE injector (1), Very sharp and will smooth out over time and predictable very cost effective also.
Soap: Nivea sensitive cream- good lather qualities. I like to use when I have remnants of other soaps in the lathering bowl.
Brush: Yaqi Rainbow 26 mm brown synthetic whiskers, a Very nice lather creator with those cloud like soft tips.
Pre shave: Brush wash my whole face with CeraVe hand cleanser bar + a dollop of clear Aloe vera gel on my cleaned beard area.
Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave: Nivea refreshing aftershave + a dollop of Nivea balm.
Results: CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers = :a17: great shave with my Schick stick injector.

Brush: Shavemac 18/44 Pure
Soap: Rasozero Agrumella
Razor: Fine Marvel
Blade: Gillette 7 O'Clock Black (3)
ASL: Cool Lemon

Another fine shave. :wink2:

The Marvel's doing just fine. :lol1:

Just like the previous shave with the Marvel, the Shavemac Pure felt even better today. I'll attempt to explain how after a few more shaves with it.

This kit is definitely a Fab Five (for me).

Happy shaves guys! :cornut:
That's a very nice looking brush.

Sunday night shave

Prep: PAA Cube 2.0
Soap: Stone Cottage Soapworks Spiced Myrhh
Brush: LMdB synthetic
Razor: Gillette N2 1968 Slim, setting 4 for the first pass and 2 for the second
Blade: Astra SP (#4)
Post: Alum followed by hyaluronic acid followed by Dickinson's witch hazel followed by Nivea Sensitive Cool balm

A solid shave to close out the week. I'm not much of a synthetic guy, but the La Maison du Barbier brush really is fantastic and I'm glad I picked it up. Stone Cottage continues to impress with a great smelling soap, easy lather, good cushion, and decent slickness. I thought the scent would require a neutral balm, but I was wrong and I could've easily chosen Brut or Skin Bracer and had a decent match.
