Second shave on 9 was better, but nowhere near comfortable with some stinging alum and a weeper on my chin. And my neck is irritated again, though not enough to keep me from attempting a shave tomorrow night.
I attribute the okay(-ish) shave tonight to really focusing on no pressure and trying to shave WTG for both passes. Still, at least for my skills right now, setting 9 is definitely not something I would regularly use.

Excellent soap & brush combo creating a thick creamy and slick lather.
Shave with razor paired with blade was ohhh so smooth and comfortable for 3passes. Should stop but felt so good with the razor and went for a pickup and pay for it with 2 weepers. Very good post & aftershave. Rating 9.5/10.
Would have been perfect.
Reputation of razor and the shave is well deserved but depends on blade choice...

Greetings,
Early morning cold water shave,
I've mentioned in my past posting the Ming Shi 2000s is by far the most assertive/aggressive of all my adjustable razors.
The Ming Shi 2000s has a strong Love/Hate reputation within the wet shaving community...Mine was past on to me by a family friend, i also have a spare one too which i purchased myself as a spare both of them have good blade alignment, i personally find it to be a very good assertive razor. However, even on it's lowest setting it's still a very aggressive razor you must be it's master instantly when shaving with this Chinese made princess, It doesn't allow bad technique, or lack of concentration and most importantly the lightest of touch and much respect is vital if not, it'll bite you for sure.
Another excellent razor & blade duo mowing through my stubble with effortless ease.
A enjoyable 3 pass + pick ups BBS near shave with no errors to report.
Finishing to the shave off with a generous dollop of L'0REAL ~ Barber Club Reinforcing ASB.
My face is feeling super smooth & smelling divine.
