A relaxing sunday shave.I've mentioned before if i had to have only one DE Razor the Muhle R89 would be a very strong contender up until recently when i added the Parker 55SL Semi-Slant razor, which has now took over from my beloved Muhle R89...However, i will always have a soft spot for the Muhle R89 & merkur 34C as both razors helped me to develop my technique and gain my shaving confidence, for that reason alone i will never part with either razor.

It's been a while since i last used the body shop maca root shaving cream,which i've had mine for well over two year now, but it's still perfectly ok to use,it's slightly dis-coloured but hasn't have any adverse affect on the lather or made my face look like a baboon's arse when shaving with it, once i've finally run out of this tub i'll buy another one of the newer version.

A very comfortable 3 pass + pick ups bbs enjoyable shave.

Finishing the shave off with a generous dollop of Wilko ~ Men's Moisturiser.

My face is feeling smooth & smelling devine.
