Excellent overhead POV, Daniel. How was the soap and aftershave balm? The Rx does take a bit of getting use to. I've got 10 shave on mine and love using it. All 10 shaves have been on a Kai Mild but I think it's nearing the end of it's tenure. Next blade will be different. I hadn't heard of the Schick Proline before. They seem to be really fine blades. Thanks.

Thank you Ron! I love these JabonesByLuna soaps. They're from a Spanish artisan, Elena. They're vegetable soaps with top notch performance. Elena has a Fig and Vanilla soap that is my absolute favourite in terms of aroma. I have to stop myself from taking a spoon and scoop out a piece of it and eat it haha Absolutely delicious fragrance. The soap and balm that I used in this shave are amongst my favourites too, they make a great pair with bergamot, cedar and sandalwood oils, they were a Limited Edition for Foroafeitado, a big Spanish forum about all things wet shaving. They have a fantastic and welcoming community there and they are pretty active with organising Special Editions and group buys.

Rubberset inspired Finest Badger brush made by myself
Stirling Coniferous soap
Stirling Coniferous balm

First shave with this Hives Sheffield made razor. It was in a sorry state when I got it one of the black horn scales had a huge chunk missing. I made an exact replica scale from black horn and re pinned the whole razor together. The shave was excellent from a 200 yr old razor.
