Nice face lathering with my fav brush. Enough creaminess for more than 3passes. Slick and really strong scent.
Shave with the evergreen razor paired with the blade was nothing but smoothness. Really comfortable with all the 3 multiple passes. Results are from BBS to DFS. Great shave day! 9.5/10!

First shave with the Progress today. Don't know how I feel about this razor. Love the look, the heft and the feel in the hand but the adjustment mechanism just feels... weird to me. I don't know, I just can't explain it. It's different from all the other adjustables I have, that's for sure. I also have a Merkur 43c that's also a 2 piece razor but seems much more intuitive (it's not adjustable, though). Lather from the Proraso felt a bit dry. Maybe my soap to water ratio was off. First time using this soap, also. Already two variables in the same shave. Doesn't help that I have several new razors that I change every week, which makes dialing in each of them take longer. Went with a highly aggressive setting on the first pass as I had a week old beard, then for the subsequent passes when the blade started feeling too harsh I decreased the setting. In the end though, got a BBS on almost the entire surface of my neck, something I haven't had for a long time. Sharp initial sting from the Denim indicated a close shave, then I chose to mellow things out with some Nivea post shave balm. In the end I'm pleased with the result : two weepers and damn near full BBS on all my face. Doesn't get any better than that. Skin feels smooth and relaxed. Things can only get better with this razor (judging by the result) from here on out once I get it dialed in, I hope.

Razor - Occam's Razor Enoch
Blade - Schick Proline
Brush - Shavemac MB2 blue marble 24mm 2-band silvertip
Soap - Razorock Acqua
A/S - Proraso Blue

Wow, this was a remarkable shave. First time I've used a Shavemac 2-band silvertip, and it was freaking awesome. Based on how tight a bulb it is and the glue bump that extended beyond the socket a little, I was expecting a very stiff brush with little splay. Instead, it had firm backbone that was excellent for painting strokes, but it surprisingly splayed very well and made scrubbing super pleasant. The tips are lovely soft too. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the handle, but I solved the problem by gripping around the base of the hairs, and then I had great control. I got a very nice thick lather from the tallow-based RR, nicely hydrated with some matte sheen to it.

This was the first Schick Proline I've used in any SE, and wow. I could feel that it was quite sharp, but it was also pretty smooth and comfortable. The Enoch glided very nicely, and the resulting shave is ridiculously close. Glass-smooth, no redness/weepers/irritation, just an awesome shave.
