Thought I’d get a menthol scented shave tonight using these tools. Took off a 24 hr growth tonight. No irritation nor discomfort post shave. A Nacet in a Tech is a great combo for shaving every day!
Finally got back to the Proraso Green also. Never a bad shave with it!

Prep: Warm shower:/ L'OREAL ~ Mountain Water Shower Gel.


Pre:

Cold wet flannel to my face.

Pears ~ Transparent Soap.

Brush: Semogue 1470.

Bowl: Tesco's (UK) Ceramic 'Cosmo' Side Bowl.

Bowl Lather.

Uber/Superlather: Williams Mug Shaving Soap /Derby Menthol shave cream + 6 Drops of Glycerin.

Blade: Personna ~ Gem PTFE coated.(1)

Razor: Ever-Ready ~ 1912. (US)


Post:

Cold Water Face Rinse./Homemade menthol crystals +Eucalyptus peppermint,+ Tea Tree Oil Witch Hazel Mixture./Alcolado glacial~mentholated splash lotion.

Arko ~ Cool Aftershave Balm.

Another wonderfully relaxing Williams Superlather sunday shave.

I was going to carry on with the gem PTFE blade for a 5th shave, but pull out at the last minute, has i didn't want to cause myself unnecessary risk of getting nicks just to test the longevity of the blade for my over active curiosity.

Another comfortable 3 pass + pick ups silky smooth shave with no errors to report.

Finishing the shave off with a generous dollop of Arko ~ Cool Aftershave Balm.

My face is feeling invigoratingly cool, & silky smooth devine.

Quick little pickup shave for Sunday morning. Glad to be back on the Karve; it's tiny and heavy and perfect.

Dollar for dollar I don't think you can find a better razor for under $100, at least not to suit me.

MLS always top level for me.....I have nice soaps, more expensive bases etc...this one just always performs.
