Special thanks to Patti for selling this razor to me at a great price. After 10 plus years of daily shaves with a DE this razor is quite different. Mainly it requires much more pressure than you would ever use with a DE. Still dialing it in. So far it is mild yet efficient.

Prep: Warm shower:/ L'OREAL ~ Birch Sap Shower Gel.


Pre:

Cold wet flannel to my face.

Pears ~ Lemon Flower Extracts Transparent Soap.

Brush: Chinese Unbranded Horsehair.

Bowl: Tesco's (UK) Ceramic 'Cosmo' Side Bowl.

Bowl Lather.

Uber/Superlather/ Frankensoap: ~ Williams Mug Shaving Soap + Scottish fine shaving soap. + Arko ~Cool Shaving cream+ 6 Drops of Glycerin.

Blade: Bolzano Superinox.(1)

Razor: Parker 89R.


Post:

Cold Water Face Rinse./Homemade menthol crystals +Eucalyptus peppermint,+ Tea Tree Oil Witch Hazel Mixture./Arko ~ Cool Cologne + Aftershave Balm.

Another wonderfully relaxing Williams Superlather sunday shave.

I've decided to make the rest of my sotd's a 'uber/superlather-Parker razors week', as it gives me a excuse to add soaps, creams & razors i've infrequently used.

It's been a while since i lat added the bolzano superinox to my blade rotation, paired together with the assertive 89R made a non aggressive yet efficient smooth duo, mowing through my stubble with ease.

The 'arko cool trio' worked together wonderfully making my sunday shave a pleasurable experience.

A very comfortable 3 pass + pick ups DFS with no errors to report.

Finishing the shave off with a generous dollop of Arko ~ Cool Aftershave Balm.

My face is feeling smooth & smelling devine.
