Prep: Valobra Glycerlanolina soap, Myrsol Emulsion
Brush: Tony Forsyth P&C LE 2017 Platypus High Mountain White Badger
Soap: Squadron Group Captain's Blend
Razor: Wolfman WR1
Blade: Vintage NOS English Wilkinson Sword (1)
Post: Thayers Cucumber Witch Hazel; Myrsol Agua De Limon Aftershave Splash
Scent: GFT Eucris

The approach of the winter solstice called for a warm and comforting soap - Group Captain's Blend was just the ticket.
A light touch is paramount with the very sharp vintage English Wilkies - resulting in me being a happy chappy and BBS :).

Ah magnificent shave tonight.
This fresh blade in the good old Edwina just sliced off the whiskers effortlessly. No discomfort nor irritation encountered. This is a good combination of gear I must say. This shave sure felt a lot better than yesterdays with the Personna in the Tech that felt sorta rough. These Yellows work great in this razor. I’ll remember this.
BTW: I love TOBS Cream.

Another comfortable 3 pass + pick ups BBS with no errors to report.

Finishing the shave off with a generous dollop of Aloe Vera Gel.

My face is feeling silky smooth & smelling divine.;)

Scooped out the hardened cream/croap and spread on face prior to face lathering. That's because the cream/croap is getting difficult to dissipate if inside a bowl or brush. Face lathering with this brush feels nice & soft. Scent was very nice and strong. Resulting lather just nice creaminess & slickness. Shave with the razor paired with blade feels really nice...again. Smooth, sharpish and really comfortable. 3 multiple passes with no issues. Really a close shave. Postshave with Reuzel is excellent. BBS to DFS with 9.5/10 rating.
So far this blade is great with most of my modern razors and now even for my challenging vintages...left with 1 more vintage to try tomorrow...
