Peaceful cold water shave
No soaking of any brush just lightly under the flow of cold water for both bristles.

‌Merkur Progress
‌Rk chrome
‌Pw boar pink base +old spice musk for first pass
‌Bsc 2018 batch+ Pearl Synthetic for second and third
‌Alum Block+ pink woolf Oudh sandalwood lotion sample.

I have been busy past few days so keep missing to rough up the prisoner on stand so i decided to rather involve it during the trial so that he gives up the lather seeing other synthetic give up.

Bsc had good thick lather then now of age it has lightly given up the cushiony feel while lathering else i could go well for 2 pass lather adding few drops in between to balance the effect lost.

I am yet to learn the Adjustable curve as after doing 2nd pass the third one was quite vocal for local. When i splashed cold water from the tap could feel hints of it bur the alum made it more audible.

Maybe i must skip across the grain for time being when with a adjustable razor.

First pass 4.5 with
Second pass 4 with
Third pass 3.5 across. This was optinal but to get that smooth water flow on the new shaved beard is amazing. So just went for it.

Amazed that the lather was still able to float while razor was under flowing tap water.

People living in humid areas or extremes of hotness do try a cold water peaceful shave at night.

Its a bliss to shave under breeze or peaceful nights.
Till then stay safe stay vaccinated.
Happy Monday

Nice lather from the soap. The scent is good plus creamy and slick too...
Shave with razor paired with the blade was smooth and comfortable in 3passes without any issues for a bbs to dfs result. Aftershaves were excellent.

Pre:-
Razor: Super Speed Red Tip - 1st use
Blade: Treet Falcon Carbon - 1st use
Brushes: Yaqi Obsidian 24mm and Sagrada Familia 22mm 2 Band
Cream: Musgo Real
Post: TFS Witch Hazel, Alt Innsbruck splash
Result: DFS

Double feature again. The knots on both Yaqis are not so different (22mm bit more precise, 24mm bit more plush) but the handle on the Obsidian is much better shaped and allows for various finger positions. The one on the 22mm is usable but feels akward in direct comparison.

The Red Tip is a mild and comfortable razor with good balance and grip and I'm looking forward to test more blades with it. The Treet had a bit of tuggy start on the first 2-3 strokes on my heavy 3 day stubble but after that it was quite a smooth ride for the rest of the 3 passes - so I guess it is coated somehow.

Razor: Rockwell Model T, Adjustable TTO
Blade: Israeli Personna (2)
Brush: Vie-Long Lord Randall, Mixed Badger/Horse,23mm

Soap: LEA Shave Stick

Post: Cold water rinse,
Thayer's Cucumber Witch Hazel,
LEA After Shave Balsam

Back to the cream today. The PK 47 did a fine job in making lather. Plus, it feels great on my face. A new razor today: the bronze Karve with the C plate. A nice, smooth shave.
