Wow...truly glacial!!! Really cold creamy and slick lather Not sure about the peach scent though...
Missed my GEM razors so today's shave with the razor paired with the blade was awesome! It was crisp, smooth, and very comfortable in 3passes for a dfs finish. Aftershaves ensured a super cool face for an oven-hot day!

A local friend of mine and I had lunch the other day. He is also a wet shaver but a hard traditionalist on how much should be spent on it and was making fun of me for my “silly addiction” of shaving equipment. “I bet your tender pampered face couldn’t handle regular priced stuff!” And “Have fun shaving at the palace your majesty” were a few of his comments. Well, this one’s for you!

Simpsons Duke 3 pure badger / Proraso cream / EJ DE89 with Gillette Nacet blade / Clubman bay rum

This was very comparable equipment to what he uses. Nothing wrong with any of it and all said a great shave. However, I do prefer my “over priced fancy Ladd” accoutrements.

In closing, use what makes you happy...and hey Paul (the friend), When I was shaving at the palace the other day, The queen said hi and to quit wasting money on over priced golf clubs! [emoji1787]

Comments	Switching back to the Feather/Feather combo for the 12th shave with this combo. The shave is still as smooth as can be. I do notice that my beard grows back faster when using this razor. Yesterday I used a Mergress, and my beard was not as rough this a.m. Nevertheless, a great combo that never gives me any cut or irritation. The cream is still going strong and the boar brush makes loading lather easy. A perfect BBS shave. Have a good day, gents.
