A much better shave once I went back to the tub with the Chubby 1. Needs more water to dial in the face lathering bit. Excellent 2 pass shave! Love the New SC and LC!

Another early morning shave....The Lord L125/Gillette 7'0 Clock SharpEdge was smooth efficient match, resulting in another comfortable invigorating 3 pass + pick up's DFS with no errors to report.
The proraso menthol & eucalyptus soap is a wonderful soap to perk up the face senses early on the morning!...Finishing the shave off with a generous splash of Proraso ~ Menthol & Eucalyptus ASL.Both the soap & ASL are a superb duo..Wonderful stuff.

Whispers From The Woods - Parmelo Orange Grapefruit Lemon Shaving Soap.
Well I'll be running this soap through to Sunday but after cutting through the first layer of the soap it just got even better. I had so much lather I swear I could have gotten at least 2 full shaves from it easily. Now i'm no newbie to this I've just turned 61 last week so I think I can be classified as having a good number of years under my belt at this wet shaving. The performance just got better both cushion, slickness, comfort & post feel. I can only say and hope this is not to far out of place pay a visit to Artisan Shaving Soap And Grooming Supplies Australia - Whispers From The Woods & check it out. I state I have no affiliation with site or owner but if it keeps going this good for me I might buy some shares in it.

I really love it! It’s a very affordable brush only $28 bucks or so. It’s not the best badger, it’s their entry level brush they have a pretty wide variety of brushes for all price points. I’d recommend them!

Today I decided to use a lesson I learned when I got into cooking -- I was timid with my seasoning at first. When I finally got a bit more confident I found that a bit more seasoning during cooking did wonders for the foods' end result. With lathering it's water. I've been too cautious at first but today I went with quite a bit more water than I have been (this is shave #7) and I ended up with a bowl full of Mountain Man goodness that got me through 3 passes and then some!
