A super shave.

The Personna Red (as most folk called it five years back) instantly became my benchmark blade from first use in December 2015. My blades and I have been round the block a few times since then. Anyway, I thought it would be a good idea to go back to the old tried and true for this 2021 OBIF.

A very nicely scented shave tonight. Overwatered the first pass which caused a small weeper on my neck when the razor skipped, but no worries. Corrected the lather for the second pass and all was well. Overall a CCS+/DFS- depending on the area. The soap has a marvelous scent and I'm enjoying the smell still.

Really nice soap but too aerated today due to an overly wet brush. Still, nice scent and slick enough.
Shave with razor paired with the blade was very good. So smooth and comfortable for 3passes without any issues even atg at difficult areas for a mostly bbs to dfs result. Excellent aftershave. Rating 9.7/10

My first early morning February shave.

The derby Premium/37c duo, matched together excellently mowing through my stubble with ease.

Another enjoyable 3 pass + pick ups close comfortable shave with no errors to report...Finishing the shave off with a small dollop of The RSCo SPF15 Anti-Ageing Moisturiser...A wonderful post shave for the winter elements.

My face is feeling super smooth & smelling divine.
