Thanks! It is indeed a very interesting razor design that produces an effective, comfortable shave using regular DE blades (well, HALF of a regular DE blade).

I like some Schicks better than others. The E-2s and 3s are more aggressive than later models. The more I use my D model the more I like it.

It gives a fine shave. This was my third use. The more I use it the better I like it. I don't use injectors a lot but I'm now partial to the D and E models.

Prep: Hot shower:/ L'OREAL~ Hydra Sensitive Birch Sap Shower Gel.

Pre:

warm wet flannel to my face.

Pears ~ Transparent Soap.

Brush: Chinese Synthetic.

Bowl Lather.

Cream : Arko Maximum Comfort.

Blade: Dorco ~ Prime Platinum .(2)

Razor: Parker 87R.

Warm wet flannel/ cold wet flannel to rinse my face.

Post:

Cold Water Face Rinse./ Homemade Lavender + Tea Tree Oil Witch Hazel Mixture./ Arko ~ Comfort ASL + Aftershave Balm.

I've only got 3 more days at the mill then it's eleven days of Christmas holiday bliss, of which i'll be spending with family & friends..and catching up on some well earned rest.YEAH!!!!!

Another early morning shave, i've only recently started to add the Arko shaving products more regularly into my shave set ups, every thing worked superbly resulting in a wonderful 3 pass + pick ups silky smooth shave with no errors to report.

The Parker 87R/ Dorco Prime platinum was a wonderful match, one of my favourites to date, very smooth sharp & efficient...A very comfortably smooth near BBS shave.

Finishing the shave off with a generous dollop of Arko Comfort Aftershave Balm.

My face is feeling fresh super smooth, & smelling devine.
