Local Gent California Barber soap, Lava on Ice two band badger brush from Wild West Brushworks, the straight is a gift from Mrs. Picturerock, and was made in Germany for the Turner Hardware Co of Muskogee, Indian Territory (the Indian Territory became the state of Oklahoma in 1907), and to finish off, B&M Le Grand Chypre aftershave.

Prep: Warm shower:/ L'OREAL~ Hydra Sensitive Birch Sap Shower Gel.


Pre:

warm wet flannel to my face.

Nuage ~Menthol Shaving Oil.

Brush: Omega 48 Pro .

Bowl Lather.

Cream : Arko ~ Sensitive.

Blade: Gillette ~ 7'oClock SharpEdge. (2)

Razor: Pearl SBF -11.

Warm wet flannel/ cold wet flannel to rinse my face.

Post:

Cold Water Face Rinse./Homemade Lemon Lime,+Peppermint Oil & Menthol Crystals Witch Hazel Mixture./Aloe Vera Gel.

A relaxing 3 pass + pick ups sunday shave with no errors to report

I've only re-introduced myself to my Arko Creams, the Sensitive is wonderful, with a light lavender fragrance which last throughout the shave & leaves a excellent post shave feeling to the face.

Second shave with the gillette sharpedge still feeling super smooth cutting through my stubble effortlessly ,pairing together with the Indian made Pearl razor superbly.

Finishing the shave off with a generous splash of Herbs of Bulgaria ~ Lavender A/S, which also has soothing menthol kick to it...Superb stuff!.

August 17th - Shave of the Night!
Lather Bros. continues to release cool new scents & there really making fun and cool labels! There tallow soap is just great & there thick and cooling balm is in my top 3 for artisan balms (Soap Commander, PAA star jelly, & lather bros are my favorites). I got another Lady Everysharp - for under 10 bucks! and it came with the Blannk/dummy blade - so this was a virgin razor until last night - as always it was a great shave and the vintage schick chromium was perfect - the plus platinums feel sharper for me & I think the chromiums were the bargain blade that schick offered back in the day? either way its still a great blade - Peace, Jamie

Third use of these soaps. I'll need another one to make sure how I rate them, but Talbot is the first, as there is nothing negative. the same applies for SMG, but I reckon I lather Talbot easily. Bufflehead cames with the problem of leaving my face a bit dry. I didn't notice it so strongly when I lathered in bowl. The scent could be similarly rated, all good. SMG reminds me of some king of dessert, sweet pantry. Bufflehead has a nice scent too, it remains a bit to ByLuna Foroafeitado, but is lighter and less penetrant.
