Another enjoyable shave with the hawk - razor definitely performs well. This time BBS on the face was achieved and DFS on the neck. One small weeper where I nicked a spot.

quite liking the combination of soap and added preshave oil. Couple drops are more than enough to take the slick lather to yet another level!

finished the shave off with generous splash of pinaud clubman, 10 minutes later followed by lime scented Barts balm.

DFS! A really fun shave!

• It's been one year since I started on my SR shaving journey! It started with this shavette. In honor of this first shave, I used it today. The last time I used this shavette was over seven months ago. Since then it has been "true" straight razors with an occasional DE shave. I have to say I really enjoyed this shave

Rolled up the Timeless .95 and decided to pair it with my iKon handle, which is one of my favorites. First impression was that I prefer a shorter handle on the .95. The shave was not as good as some of the others I've had with the Timeless because of a new to me blade. The Silver Star was usable in that it got me through the shave, barely, but I didn't find it sharp or smooth enough and I ended up with some irritation on my neck.

Not sure this Cella is a cream anymore. It's now harder than some other soaps I have. Almost no scent for my nostril. The lather is, however, terrific! Thickly creamy and slick...
Shave with razor paired with this rare blade was very good. Easy, smooth, and comfortable for 3passes without any issues for a bbs/dfs result. I have only 2 of this blade so will maximize it. Aftershaves were awesome!

I don't get excited, i get frustrated, so much to choose from, and it becomes a task, to figure out what to use
