As I see it, pride in ones home country -- patriotism, whatever you call it -- is not doing much good for the world ...!
To the contrary. I am mostly a passionate anti-nationalist.
But I am curious as to where stuff originates from ...
Like razors ...
So I will happily post pictures of two of my favourite razors, which just happen to have been manufactured in the two countries I call home l...
Denmark, and Canada

OliBlade SEVENTH SHAVE REPORT
SOTD-OliBlade-Classic-Steel-Original-W_2024-08-15.jpg
:001_wub:

Brush: Omega 50086 Bambino 18/48
Soap: Phoenix Clubguy
Razor: OliBlade—Classic Steel—Original (7)
Blade: Gillette 7o’clock Ninja (8)
ASL: Clubman Musk

And to complete my OliBlade seven-shave trial… yet another brilliant shave!

Today I tweaked the adjustment up another half-step (from 6 to 6.5) to its final setting. I noticed the difference for sure but the shave was still smooth—smooth—smooth. I've purposely gone up in half-steps to get a true feel for the differences (rather than hopping around the numbers [which seems to be the "normal" approach]).

I have numerous razors that I love (which vary in cost from Wolfman ($$$) to Yuma ($). But I can't see them getting much love in the near future. The OliBlade is now my official Grail Razor.
I've never before had so much fun and enjoyment shaving than with the magical OliBlade! :sorcerer:

Happy shaves guys. :cornut:

This morning, I went back to the Cella soap. The soap may be old, but it performs perfectly. Today's brush was a Paladin PK47. The brush had an easy time whipping up some rich lather. The Wolfman-Med Prep combo did a nice job. It was a perfect BBS shave. Have a wonderful day and weekend, folks.
