* Noah, another beautiful razor!

After a a few shaves, I find it very slick but harder to lather than most of my other ones. I'm going to try loading the brush a bit more and see how that works out.

* Mike, load for longer, then and work the lather for a bit longer also. Good luck. I adore this soap, especially, the scents!

Soap: P.160 Tipo Duro (NOS)
Brush: Custom 782sirbrian Oak handle, birth-coin & 22mm WSP HMW
Razor 1: J.A. Henckels "415" (Father's razor)
Razor 2: 1969 Gillette Black Beauty (my birth-quarter)
Blade: Rapira Swedish Steel (3)
Post: Thayer's Lavender witch hazel, followed by Village Barber balm


Stupidly, I forgot to strop the razor before I started (I was so keen on using it again) but it didn't matter. 1st pass with the "415" was smooth (my technique is improving) and the P.160 was sublime. Only needed a minor touchup 2nd pass with the Gillette.
