Shaved September 7, 2014
PRE: Proraso eucalyptus and mint
RAZOR: A. Razor French Vedll previously recognized in leather
BRUSH: The Druid of natural and synthetic hair horn heather
SOAP: Cream Weleda
FOAM: Mixed with comfort foam
POST: Brut La Toja balm lotion and protect 7
It's my third decent shave with the razor to which I am starting to get aftertaste and it shaves great little wren.
I shaved this time with three passes, two in favor and one almost reluctantly by the difficult of the neck and have gotten a close very, very good.
I've had a couple of porillos bleeding in the neck area but without much importance has been solved well with the lotion only.
I must clarify that the Weleda cream is great because I got so low for comfort and very good sliding the knife creating a creaminess and unsurpassed slip for it.
For now I just shave razor purposes for that to be doing more calm and not take risks with the rush.

1st time with this cream. Very good cream, good glide and post. Its a lot better than some more expensive soaps or creams.

Saved by Mastro Livi Travel Loom StropThis morning I found out this Dovo Bismarck was pulling a little and it was not so comfortable. After all, I honed this razor the day I received it as a gift and - although they said it was sold as shave ready - it truly needed proper honing. It was about one year ago. When I am traveling I always bring with me my lovely Mastro Livi Travel Loom Strop which perfectly fits in my bag. All I needed to do was to spread Mastro Livi chromium oxide stick on the loom strop, do about ten laps on the razor and this gave me a very good and sharp edge. Ready to shave!
