What's your "lazy" meal? Ramen noodles mix well with almost anything.

Scrambled eggs. If you're feeling slightly less lazy start with onion, then add finely chopped garlic, then spinach (let it cook down, add a little water if you must), just a touch of cream cheese, season to taste and eat.

I have several cans in my desk at work. I keep them for the days I am told 10-15 before the end of my shift that I am staying for another 8 hours.

Flat bread rolled up with whatever I grab first. From PB&J to cold pulled pork and a quick squeeze of Dijon.
 
Korean "ramen" (instant noodles) is my lazy meal. If I find enough will, a couple of hard boiled eggs and 3-4 napa cabbage leaves will go together in the ramen. If too lazy for boiled eggs, some roast beef or pork will go nicely on top. It takes about ten minutes to put this together, including time to bring water to boil.

Lazy food?? Pop a can of sardines. I know its strenuous to pull back the lid but you'll need to burn about 3.57 calores to get r dun.

If you feel adventurous scramble an egg in with it

Fast (15-20 min start to plate). Fresh. Healthy. Economical.

Been doing a LOT of simple stir fry lately. Half a bonless skinless chick thigh feeds 2.

Package of cheap supermarket ramen noodles.

Throw away the sodium packet

Boil as usual but with a handful of frozen peas in the water.

Meanwhile in the serving bowl:

Dabs of Sesame oil, soy sauce and sriracha (rooster) sauce.

3 min combine noodles and just a little of the cooking water & it's ready
