Something in the water? Twins....

I live in a small town with a relatively small school system. The seniors are about to graduate. In this group of around 200 are four sets of twins and one set of triplets!

The rate of twins in the US is 16 sets per 1000 births, so it would seem that 4 sets in 200 is just slightly above the national rate of 3.2 per 200.

What is the rate for ‘triplets’ ? That should be quite low.

And @luvmysuper hasn’t been around for a long time.

Triplets are much more rare, 1 set in 1000 births. But, they are born, so 1 set in a graduating class is not unreasonable. 2 sets would have been against the odds.

I've been busy with retired guy stuff, but thought I'd pop in to say hi.
