definitely.. for What I use it is perfect. The only issue is bridged networking. It runs a lot faster than VMWare and it's open source = free.

I need that. I was going to build a Hackintosh but this is even better. How tough was it to set up? I'm reading through the installation page right now.

Do you run the virtualbox install on a Windows Vista / 7 machine ?
I run it the other way round. Pure Linux and a virtual install of Windows 7 / XP for some dependent jobs !

Looks interesting, especially being open source. Might have to play around with it.
I currently run 3 VMWare vSphere 4 hosts with about 30 VM's in production. Obviously won't be migrating anytime soon as I'm pretty invested in VMWare, but this might be cool to have around as a development environment.

Yeah. I run it because it's the family PC. I dual boot SUSE Linux though.
