Some swell acquisitions

From bottom of picture and clockwise:
1) 1949 Aristocrat Junior
2) Hoffritz Slant (with Hoffritz Blades)
3) Bostonian
4) Pocket Edition (razor and blade case inside)

This should put an end to acquisitions for a while, as it fills the large gaps.

The shell pattern. I think the pocket editions came in 4 varieties... Shell, Basket Weave, Floral and Plain.

I'm a Hoffritz Slant ignoramus. The handle is too big to fit down into the groove below it, so perhaps it's wrong for the box or perhaps the box was meant to do double duty. I have a Chessman Slant, with the same whitish material on the handle, that has a narrower handle that might fit into such a space.

Very nice! Were these antique shop scores? Last weekend I found a nice Hoffritz slant at a local antique shop.

I'm a Hoffritz Slant ignoramus. The handle is too big to fit down into the groove below it, so perhaps it's wrong for the box or perhaps the box was meant to do double duty. I should mesure mine as it fits all the way down in the box. Mine isn't a slant but I am thinking that you might have the Open Comb box... Anyways, looks awesome!
