Regarding the Simpsons best / super issue, I couldn't agree with Joel more. I own one of each, and while I like the status of owning a Simpsons super, objectively the extra cost is total waste. Yes, they look very different; the super has a much bigger proportion of white tipped hair, but here the contrast ends. Efficacy in lathering, feel on face, etc. is identical. (Ok, maybe the best is a tiny bit softer, but as it is just as dense, that's a good thing, no?) I really think if I tested them blind, I wouldn't be able to tell them apart.

Thanks for those pics.

I've actually been very interested in the Emperor E3, but had dismissed it because I thought that the 21mm knot would be too small. From your pics, it doesn't seem to be significantly smaller that the PJ3. Am I seeing things correctly? Is it safe to say that the E3 is similar in size to the PJ2?
