Believe Perfectly Nautral used EO to scent their soaps, plus they are inexpensive for a fairly hard puck.

Passionately Natural is another that should have what you are looking for.

MANY MANY options out there for Essential Oil scented soaps so you can. Still have a good variety of soaps to choose from without having to go unscented if you wish.
