So who's making D.R Harris brushes ?

I just saw this brush today. It is very well made, Soft but dense and the handle is very nice too. I am impressed. So who's making this brush ? I am pretty sure that D.R Harris just puts the name on it like it says here:
"Produced in England by a leading shaving brush manufacturer...."

Most likely is the loft made by Muehle-Pinsel in Germany and the handle as well or by Edwin Jagger themselves...

it's sound about right since I googled it and came across to the Muehle-Pinsel website.
In any event it looks really nice and a great value.

Looks like a Jagger, particularly that packaging. The DR Harris DE Razor is a re-badged Jagger Chatsworth.

FWIW my Edwin Jagger was delivered yesterday from the UK in the exact same black tube with the silver rings.
