So my new Baili 133 (more aggressive model) comes today.

$9.15 from Amazon. Very light, the handle could be better. A little rough on the end but not a big deal. Plates are stamped, finish is acceptable. I pop in a Feather as no way I'm gonna use a Baili blade. Shave reminds me of using a Tech on steroids but not super aggressive, I'll say medium like a 6 on a 10 scale. Smooth but a loud shave. Why loud? Anyway, shave is as good as my Fine Marvel..maybe. I'll keep it for now. No nicks or irritation. If you're not in a hurry a seller on Ali sells them for $4 and change. Buy two. Hope this helps.
PS: The blade was dead parallel, but one end seems to stick out a fraction of a mm more. Didn't seem to affect the shave.

The metal used is probably very thin.
That would be my guess!

Looks like it with a different handle but I'd say the head looks the same. How much is that about 3 bucks, lol.

The blue handle is the Baili BT133.

For the moment, I shaves with the model Baili BT 131, I don't know if the heads are the same.
