So my DMT arrived today.

I recently ordered a couple of DMT's from Amazon for a decent price...a Fine (600 grit) & an X-Fine (1200 grit). When they arrived, the box marked X-Fine had a Fine in it. I returned it & today I received the correct one. When I opened the box, (it was the correct one, this time) there were two small DMT's marked "Coarse". The box didn't say anything about a bonus & the last box didn't have them in there either.
Were they supposed to be in there? I mean have any of you guys that have ordered these had them in yours?
I ain't mad, just curious.

The vendor probably tossed them in there as a bonus because of their mistake. Grats. I haven't seen these guys before, looks like 1x5"? Neato. Maybe a new/recent line from DMT and the vendor just got them or just got some samples of them? Would be a nice stone for removing light scratches from some softer synths I think, or using as a Diamond slurry stone.

Nice and easy does it until you get a feel for the DMT

The coarse is good for lapping. I've used it on razors when alot of metal has to be removed. Break it in with a large piece of steel like a chisel or screwdriver. Something big enough to cover the surface at the same time. Great bonus from the seller!
