Just wanted to update this thread and thank Graydog for his generosity.

The brush arrived in Thursday's mail and I had a chance to try it out yesterday evening.

First, the brush is absolutely gorgeous! The pictures do not do it justice at all. Just beautiful.

The synthetic knot in this one is dense and firm. It has a lot of backbone. It loaded up a ton of soap in very little time and made a luscious lather. Despite the backbone and the stiff feel of the bristles when dry, there wasn't even a hint of scritch on the face.

I have a feeling that thus brush just leaped into the top of my rotation.

Thanks, again, for this very generous PIF. It not only brought me the intended smile, it is going to continue bringing me a smile each time I see it or use it going forward.

I believe that is correct!

As I am cruising around the Internet, I accumulate interesting pics to use as avatars, etc. This is one of those pics.
