I have been on holidays for the past 4 weeks. I hit the excess holiday list at work and was asked to take some time off. We had nearly 2 weeks at Katoomba in the Blue Mountains and of course I had to visit The Stray Whisker in Leura. I didn’t go crazy but I did buy a few things as pictured. I mainly wanted their acrylic brush/razor stand that holds 3 brushes and 3 razors. I have nearly 12 brushes in my current rotation so I wanted try and clear up all my brushes in the bathroom. They used to just sit randomly on the shelf next to my overflow basket. The great thing about the stand is that they have a sizing collar so that if you have a bigger brush you can take the collar out and sit it in the stand. You can see in the last picture the Simpson Trafalgar T3 sitting in the stand on the right. I spent around an hour in the shop chatting to Con and the odd customer that came in, I could have stayed a lot longer and spent quite a lot more but I had to resist. Yes, if you do remember when I first joined the forum I was the $2.00 one brush guy. My have things changed.
