Has the splay gotten better with this brush? Are these sovereign or platinum fibers?

They're platinum fibers. I can't comment on the splay as I gifted it to one of my sons. I had the CH2 with the same fibers and I used it a little over 100 times before I Pif'ed her on the Forum. I found that one took around 30 shaves before I was really happy with it.

I have to admit that i am drifting into the universe of smal brushes. I do prefere smaler ones for face latering.
Used the Duke 2 today, tomorrow it will be Case and look forward to it since they are new.

I bought the Case to use it as a travel brush to fit in a tube.
But i am surprised, it feels much bigger than it is and could easily be used in the daily rotation with my Chubbies and Dukes. I usaly do 2.5 passes face latering and that was easy to do in one load of soap!
