Slim gap issue - Uneven blade gap on only one setting

Has anyone ever experienced an uneven blade gap on just one setting on their Slim? If so, what causes it and is there a fix?

The blade gap is noticeably smaller towards one end cap of the razor, same issue on both sides of the blade. It only happens at position 4. It seems to straighten out on all the other setting.

Incidentally, this is the setting I use.

I've had 3 adjustables now, and if there was any blade gap issues, they're pretty consistent. If you study the mechanism, the dial moves the "bars" up or down, under the doors, so any misadjustment should remain pretty consistent. Is the razor thoroughly clean? Have you used any lubricant? Might be worth giving it a couple shots of WD-40, just to make sure everything is moving smoothly.

I can't imagine a scenario where this sort of thing would be observed.
Do you have a spark plug gapper?
