I recently received a a Gillette SS TTO. The screw is that 4 pronged thing that you need to get out. So I took a screwdriver and notched it and made it work.. Now the original screw is fine, but I was wondering if anyone had the size of it.

Try 10-24. That would be a size 10 (.190 inches) with 24 threads per inch (tpi).

That screw has left handed threads, your not going to find a replacement at Home Depot.
Also it's smaller then a #10-24 more likely #6-32 LH or even #4-40.

There is a small machine shop in town that has a lot of specialty screws. I am going to check them out, see if they got something that might work.
McMaster Carr is always a good resource. Order stuff from them at work all the time.
