Sunday Schick Shave, Sept 13th 2020

Razor: Schick adjustable injector M3- Mfg 1970-72 Excellent Schick injector, I always get good shaves with this one.
Blade: Personna injector SS PTFE (2) very sharp, good longevity, I use this blade in a lot of my Schick injectors.
Folks knock this blade sometimes for the blade magazine or smoothness. Use light touch and shaves become Stellar.
Soap: Razorock Santa Marie del Fiore- One of my best soaps for scent and lather qualities. Very nice protection!
Brush: Yaqi Rainbow brown whiskers 26mm synthetic- Excellent brush for creating lather & cloud like soft tips.
Pre shave: Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on bead area.
Prep: cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave: Nivea refreshing aftershave + witch hazel +a small dollop of Avon True Gent balm :001_wub: .
Results: CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers = :a17:Excellent shave with my Schick adjustable injector M3.

Razor: Colonial Razors The General V2 (Timeless TRH6 Ti Handle)
Blade: Schick Proline (4)
Brush: @Rudy Vey AS3M Dark Knight (Shavemac 26/52 D01-3 Band)
Lather: Speick Stick
Aftershave: Speick
Fragrance: G Eàu Bronze EDT Spray (Belcam Version Of Acqua Di Gio Absolu)

Razor: Supply Single Edge 2.0 (3 dots plate)
Blade: Schick Pro-line B-20 injector blade
Brush: Proraso pro boar brush
Pre-shave: Proraso green pre-shave cream 15 ml travel size
Soap: Proraso red shaving soap bowl
Aftershave: Proraso green pre-shave cream 15 ml travel size and Nivea Men sensetive aftershave balm

Hit and miss with the pro-line blade I feel. It was slightly more effective than the ted pella/personna blades but the trade off was more blade feel and slight more chance for nicks. Perhaps it would perform better for me if I used the 2 dots plate instead of the most aggressive plate on the supply razor.

Still it was a fun experimental shave. Did a second pass touch up shave with my Shick L1 with a personna injector blade in it.

Sunday Schick Shave, Sept 20th 2020- A Nivea shave day also, good products.

Razor: Schick i2 injector type with hydro magic- MFG 1954-57 A very good milder Schick injector, not as mild as some later models but gives a very DFS+.
Blade: Personna injector (6)- excellent blade in this razor, very sharp, good longevity & smooths out nicely as more shaves are applied to blade IMO.
Soap: Nivea sensitive cream- nice mild scented soap with good lather qualities.
Brush: Razorock Noir 400 24mm synthetic- reminds me of a boar brush but with soft tips to paint lather, great brush.
Pre shave: Shower, brush wash my face with CeraVe hand bar soap + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on beard area.
Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave: Nivea refreshing aftershave + Nivea balm.
Results: CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers = :a17:great shave with my Schick injector i2 type + Personna blade.

I'm a supply user and it seems like the two dot plate is plenty aggressive. I don't see the need to go three. I tried it once and couldn't get the razor around my face without cutting myself up. I've ditched the supply co. blades and now only use the schick.
