Cream: Barbasol Original
Aftershave: Pinaud Clubman Special Reserve.
This shave was much better without the irritation of the Stirling soap. I will rate it 9/10, the Schick is nice but had a bit of a problem shaving against the grain under my chin. I'll add this razor and blade to my rotation for the future.

Another great shave. My normal WTG and touch ups. Got a little aggressive on my chin and left a bump but it's nothing my little friend bacitracin won't cure by the morning.

I love this soap made in this thread. The DIY recipe in it produces great shave soap. The leather/tobacco scent goes well with Avon Leather.

Find myself reaching for the blackhawk a lot, maybe because it is right next to the sink from the day before. Really noticing how lazy I can be.

Proline/Mingoose combo was pretty harsh this morning ...... but ....... way closer shave with way less burn than Mongoose. Interesting. Wonder if blade will smooth out a little tomorrow. Couldn’t have been my technique, right? Nah .....

Received my first badger brush today. Bought 2 from a sale 3 weeks ago. This is a super badger and the other I didnt received is a 2 band silvertip. The biggest surprise wasnt the scent but how much water that thing held. When I squeezed the brush on third pass to get remaining lather a lot of water came from the middle. It was also more scritchy that I expected but this was the first use so Idk if that change over time. Use Arko to kill scent. I'm eager to see it once it blooms.

PS : Col conk original oil
Soap : Arko
Cold rinse and Thayers witch Hazel
AS : Striling Baker Street ( It's the AS I get the most stinging from.
Ended with a perfect shave like I usually get from Arko.
