Simpson 2 Classic shedding like mad

I acquired a Simpsons 2 Classic Best Badger brush that sheds literally dozens of hairs every time I use it. I am shaving my face and the hairs are all over the razor. I am wondering "what did I do to this brush?" What should I do with this?

Contact the seller to return the brush when you receive a refund. If your stuck with it, give it a good deep cleaning to see if the shedding subsides. Lastly replace the knot.

Good point if it's sold as a shedder then a fella has no ground for returns if it sheds.
