Silvertip brush direct from China for $20?

I saw a few silvertip badger brushes 24mm/54mm on ebay shipped directly from China. The manufacturer is Liojuny and the price is around $20 - sounds too good to be true.
Has anybody had any experience with this vendor/brush?
I am not sure of the policy of showing links on this forum, however, if you go to ebay and search for Liojuny, you will see them.

You answered your own question.

I say keep your money and buy a quality boar for $30 like the SOC from VintageScent or a VintageBlades Badger brush for $30

I wonder if these are relabeled Frank Shaving brushes (or perhaps another Chinese discount brand).

I've had great success with Frank Shaving and would simply stick to those as they are a known entity. My experience is with the Finest brushes as most of the reviews I saw preferred them to the Silvertips in that line.

My most recent acquisition was a $9.99 "defective handle" finest badger brush similar to this:

There are a few threads here mentioning these brushes and most have been shocked (positively) by the quality of the brush they received. There really is no defect worth mentioning (at least on my handle) and the brush is terrific at 3 times the price, IMO. Typically I agree with brucered's philosophy "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is". In this case, based on a couple of good reviews from fellow B&B members I took a shot and risked $10 + shipping--not much to risk. I was greatly rewarded. There have been a few members who are not happy with what they received--so keep that in mind.

I just got a Frank Shaving "defective handle" 20mm synthetic for less than $14 shipped. It was also stated that the base of the knot was slightly discolored. Shipping from China took about two weeks. The handle is plastic and discolored, but the fibers were only slightly discolored. I bought this with the thought that if I liked the way this synth performed (being my first synth), then I would break out the knot and put it in a vintage handle.

Bottom line: I bought a great, cheap knot that performs like a champ! If I needed a badger knot for a restore, I would try to get one of these cheap Frank Shaving brushes with defective handle and salvage the knot.

Lucky I did not get my hopes too high! :)
Thanks for the advice.

Hey the only way to know for sure is to try it. If you have a decent brush, and have $20 to bet, you might find a real winner. But if you need this $20 to return a decent brush, you may want to go for something a bit more predictable.
