My little sister is having a baby shower and I got invited. She says it's coed, but I don't think of a place for Men to hang out.

I wouldn't. But that might just be me.
Sorry I'm out. I will pick up stuff for my wife if she needs them, but a baby shower even for my sister no way.

How old are you? I find younger guys are less squicked by the idea of attending showers and younger women less likely to want it gals only.

I've never been to one, not even fro my own kids. Of course, I've never been invited to one (not even for my own kids). Clearly the women around me feel like it's a ladies thing, and that's fine with me.

Unfortunately, this nonsense is becoming rampant. My wife has been invited to a few but knew not to even ask me. She refused to have co-ed baby showers btw.

I'm young, and the answer is no. I told my wife that if she was planning on having a couples shower for anything, ever, she would quite possibly be the only lady there that didn't have a date... Never going to a shower, not even for my own kids
