Short list: What worked for you? / What Didn't?

Let's make a brief list of the products that worked/ didn't work for you. Razors, Blades, Soaps/Creams, Aftershaves.
This is a YMMV thread. You don't have to explain why you like or dislike something unless you really want to.

Here's mine (so far.)

Worked:
Razors: Vintage Gillettes- especially adjustables and Superspeeds
Blades: 7 o'clock black, Astra SP, Feather
Soap/Cream: Razorock La Famiglia, Proraso in the green tub, Speick cream or Stick, Arko
Aftershave: Clubman, Razorock La Famiglia, Proraso lotion, cheap witch hazel

Didn't work:
Razors: Straights, Schick Krona, open combs
Blades: Derby, Personna Blue, Shark, Gillette yellow 7 o' clock, treet
Soap/Cream: Williams, T&H sampler, Herban Cowboy(?), VDH glycerin, Kiss my Face
Aftershave: Anyhing with lots of menthol, Skin Bracer, Bay Rum

I haven't been DE shaving that long but here's what has worked:Shave soaps:VDH Deluxe, Shave Cream:CO Bigelow Proraso Pre post works excellent for me as a pre shave Blades:Wilkinson blades from Walmart, Personnas(don't know what they are called but they are sold at Sally's )Gillette 7 O clock Aftershave : Clinique Post Shave Healer,Nivea Sensitive new Active Comfort System formula ,Nivea Replinishing Balm,Nivea Splash,Clubman,Barbasol Brisk,Skin Bracer,Proraso Splash,Proraso AS Balm,Osage Rub,EMJ Post Shave Lotion,Gillette Cooling Lotion. What didn't work :Soaps:Williams, VDh Luxory,Col.Konk soap.as far as shaving creams go that do lather I've only used CO Bigelow .Boar brushes seem to work for me better than a badger but I've only used a VDH Badger. Blades:Sharks,Derby After Shaves:the Veg,Nivea Sensitive old formula,DR Harris AS Balm,Neutrogena Post Shave,Nivea Cooling Balm,Nivea Cool Kick Arctic Freeze Balm,Nivea Double Action Balm,RSC Balm,Clubman Post Shave Balm

Worked:
Razors: Fatboy, straights with hollow grinds, Gem single edge
Blades: Astra SP
Soap/Cream: Tabac, Cella, KMF
Aftershave: AV Musk, Barbarsol Brisk, Malizia UOMO Vetyver

Didn't Work:
Razors: Techs, straights with heavy grinds, injectors (really a meh here)
Blades: Derbys
Soap/Cream: Arko (another meh), Williams
Aftershave: Lilac Vegetal

Still fairly new to this, but here goes . . .

Worked:
Razors: Fatboy, Futur
Blades: Feather, Astra SP
Soap/Cream: Tabac, Bigelow, Arko stick
Aftershave: Witch hazel and pretty much any splash

Didn't Work:
Razors: Mild ones, though I like Techs a great deal.
Blades: 7 a.m.'s
Soap/Cream: VDH (yawn!)
Aftershave: balms

Worked:
Noxzema pre-shave
R41 razor with SuperMax Platinum
Mystic Water Vanilla/Orange based uberlather with addition of Real Shaving Cream, Glycerin, Dimethicone, Pro-V Moisturizing conditioner, grapeseed oil (as a finishing touch)
A/S: Target Witch Hazel (with orange EO added), Lilac Vegetal

Does NOT work:
"Sharp" Hi-Chromium Durablades
"7 a.m." (NOT "7 o'clock") Durablades
Derby blades
Pro-V as a pre-shave
Dickinson's WH (stinks too much, albeit briefly)
