Great thread!
In addition to the excellent ideas above, I suggest you stop by local shops and pharmacies which is alway fun!

Some drop-shipping companies may send alcohol based aftershave. Will from B&M mentioned it in his IG live earlier today but I’m taking it with a grain of saltTrue. However international shipping of alcohol based AS won’t be possable.

I remember looking at having some black powder substitute shipped a few years ago and the hazmat fees were about $75. From what I saw on B&M’s IG live that’s why they won’t ship internationally if you order directly from them. I guess they would for their EU vendors but I think wholesale hazmat shipping is different than vendor to customer shippingSmallflower ship aftershaves and colognes overseas. As you would expect, you pay more for hazardous freight, but if you order enough, it is justifiable (well it is for me given the paucity of choice down here).

Ill be flying out of the US in a few weeks, and won’t be back home for at least 4 years. Two-parter here:
1. What do folks overseas do, when they have a hankering for Stirling or BandM? It seems like many manufacturers won’t ship outside CONUS. Do I stock up now, or wait for relatives to send me stuff?
2. What European soaps/ scents should I get into? I’ll be living in the Ramstein-Meisenbach area, which is driving distance from France, so there should be a number of wonderful products at my disposal.
Welcome to Germany!Wow, so grateful to log back in and find all of this wonderful shaving information! Not to mention the heads-up on local transportation.
Just about settled in in Germany. Got here less than two weeks ago, and we were lucky enough to find a place in Weilerbach, a stone’s throw from Ramstein AFB.
Neither of us can wait to experience all of the fine fragrances Europe has to offer!
No Breweries close by?Welcome to Germany!
I don't know if you are into white wine, but if so, you are located nearby (less than a 75 minutes drive each) to two epicenters of german Riesling (Palatine region in the east, Mosel region in the north west)... definitely worth a trip (even if you are the driver )
Cheers!
Guido
As far as recreational carbohydrates go, I’ve fallen into the habit of just walking down to then Lidl down the street and buying whatever looks like a Helles or Pilsner. No Breweries close by?
