None that I know of. A pack of 100 DE blades costs around $10-15 and that normally lasts a person for at least a year of shaving.

Most straight razors properly used will last 6 months of daily shaving with just a minute or two of stropping on clean leather before each shave. Generally, but not always, the harder the steel the longer the edge will last.

Their problem was sapphire. We quit using sapphire needles on records decades ago. These guys need diamond blades!!

In general terms there are no blades that keep a useful edge for ~ 180 days.
I am interested in the reason for your enquiry so do elaborate on what you are thinking.
In the first instance, are you enquiring about a daily shave or three or less times a week. Then there is the question about the number of passes per shave; another variable.

One month of daily shaves is about the most I have ever had, and that’s very rare indeed!!
Blades are cheap. I generally toss them after about a week.
A straight razor, as mentioned above.
Way too many variables to consider, for example.
1.-Even if a certain brand of blade is considered durable, there are always duds that sneak past quality control.
2.-What type of beard do you have? Is easier on a blade to cut thru some peach fuzz than copper wire type of beard.
3.-What razor are you using? Geometry of the razor determines how blade edge is exposed therefore how is used.
4.-How do you shave? Speciffically what angle you prefer? How many passes?
And this question list can just keep extending on and on, so in reality there is no a straight, definite answer to your conundrum, some people might suggest a blade that actually worked for them for 6 months, but you might find it to be good for a week, or you might go a year! Who knows!
Grab a blade, try it, maybe you’ll find the first blade you grab will last that long, or maybe you will never find such blade and your quest might go with you to the grave
