So there's a certain bit of irony in me writing this right now as I'm sitting in Agency & Partnership law, but I'll get to that in a moment.
I'm 25 and in my third and final year of law school, and I'll be honest it's becoming quite the struggle to fight the impending apathy that is looming over all of us. A lot of my friends and colleagues have hit that point of wearing sweats and a tee and shaving once a week at most. After seven straight years of higher education, I'm quite frankly burned out. I honestly can say that if it wasn't for my morning constitutional of running 4, 5, or even 6 miles followed by a nice four-pass shave I would probably have slipped in to complacency.
While I spend a lot of time lurking around here - school takes up a lot of the time I would use to post haha - B&B and the users here have been a most welcome distraction (and my anchor to sanity, believe it or not) as I try to finish writing a paper I'm having published while getting ready to start studying for the Bar exam at the end of July.
So, while it's always implied from all of us to each other in regards to the community we've built as well as the support we provide for each other - from casual advice, to reviews, and even personal crises - I wanted to take a minute to voice out loud how great everyone here is and the welcome retreat from the real world these boards so often provide.
