shaving frequency guidance

Hi I recently shaved head 1st time and I want to continue with same. Please guide on frequency of head shave. My hair grows fast and my 35% of hairs are grey

I would judge frequency by looking in the mirror to assess growth.

i do it every time I shave my face. I didn't shave at all over the weekend, but just finished a great head and face with my Fatip Piccolo.
