Shaving factory store, is it still on?

Saturday i ordered something on the Shaving Factory store and still i don't have an answer if my order will be shipped or not.
I sent an email on the website , at their Ebay store and even asked the guy who is suppose to be behind that site here, B&B member "mnacikanar".
There is a big lack of communication .
Let me know if you already ordered from there.
 
I ordered 200 blades from them a few years ago. I don't recall ever getting any information from them via email either, but I receved the blades about a week after ordering.

Is that the one on Amazon that sells the Arko and Derby stuff? If so, then I did receive my order of Arko sticks 12+3, in yesterday's mail. I had ordered last week, so that is pretty fast shipping to Canada -- from NJ, I believe.

I'm confident that you'll get your order -- but then, since mine was through Amazon, the notification I got was Amazon's, rather than Shaving Factory's.

They're one of the few Amazon storefronts that not only shipped to Canada, but offered reasonable shipping rates to Canadian addresses. That said, I'm guessing that Amazon.com has more stringent processes about shipping notifications, etc., when someone orders through them. Similarly with eBay/Paypal and there being recourse when a buyer goes though their system. Not saying that Shaving Factory won't honour your order, just that they might not communicate as well on their own as they would through Amazon or eBay...and even then, they were automated messages that I'd received on my order.

Well, at least you've received positive reports from others who have done business successfully with them, so here's hoping that yours goes through just as smoothly in spite of the lack of communication.

Okay, I just checked my order details. Ordered March 7, arrived March 15 (yesterday). The original estimate was March 17 - 25. That's pretty darned good, considering that there are other orders that I'm still waiting for. USPS & Canada Post don't seem to be the most consistent, I've always found. :|
