Shaving containers

Hey everybody!

Hope everybody's day is going well. I just got in some shaving pucks from Barrister and Mann and need some containers to put them in. I like the containers Mike uses with his soap. Does anybody know the best place to get those online or what those containers are? The soap is ver moldavle so shouldn't be a problem making it fit in something and it's between 4 and 5 oz. thanks!

A lot of people use the small glass Pyrex bowls that come with lids. I've never tried them, but they seem to be pretty popular.

Mama Bears Soaps sells empty plastic containers, which work really well. The Container Store tins are intriguing.

Em's place has stainless steel containers with screw lids. I have several and really like them.

I would recommend Papermart.com and search "shallow tins." You would want the 8 oz tins (like Mike's). Only catch, minimum purchase is a package of 24.

IMO these are the absolute best, just cheap pyrex dishes w/ tops. Microwavable, glass, stackable. Perfect.

Can usually find them at supermarkets, marshalls (in US), I got these at Ocean State Job Lot (CT, USA)

I found a travel container that is about double the depth of the Col Conk travel container and accepts the Col Conk lid. I would be fine with the original green lid too, but why not? I had a Crayola product in it, tablets that turn bathwater into different colors. It was $3.99 at Target. I removed the label and installed some Col Conk Bay Rum. The added depth makes it much easier to build lather. I'll pass the tablets on to my grand kids.

As you can see from the photos, it works great.

+1 on those Pyrex ones with the lids. Easy to load the brush without a mess, and then stack. After getting a couple of them, I wasn't all that sad when I dropped my mug.

Good call on the Pyrex. I just bought a 4 pack for 8 bucks and it holds my samples perfectly!
