Sharpen and Hone in Philly Area

New here, quick question.

I just moved to the Philly area and need a few of my straight razors sharpened/honed. I have been collecting safety razors for a long time and have only started getting into the straight razor game. I picked up a few nice pieces at an antique show recently and I think they are still useable. I want to get them sharpened/honed before I try them out though as I have no idea when they were last tended to. Any one in Center City Philly willing to take a look at them (to see if they can even be used) and help out?
