I love adjustable razors, I'm just curious how guys use them on different passes. I like to start on a higher setting and work down to a milder setting. What do you guys like ?

I find where I enjoy using them and leave them set right there. I know, I am a rather boring adjustable razor user

That's how I shave with my futur, but I set everything else differently with the passes. The futur is by far the most aggressive of the bunch

Well back when all I used was a super adjustable (shave with this same razor for over 40 years before joining B&B). If I would miss a day or two I found I needed to crank it up to cut through the first pass but other than that reason I would rarely change the setting.
I guess it is the same now but now when I miss a day I reach for a straight, SE, R41 or slant instead of grabbing an adjustable and dialing it up to cut.

Thats it, taking your suggestion and picked up a mergress. Very mild razor, but can't put it down. I would rather crank it up on a two or three day growth and wind up with the very best shave. The problem is nothing else gets any love lately
