Serman Razor??

Good afternoon all,
Is anyone familiar with a razor made by Serman? Not Sherman, but Serman. There’s one for sale on the bay right now, and I cannot find anything about this brand. It looks to have a spiral handle of a 60s/70s English Tech, but it has an open comb head? I’m just asking for a friend!

I am sure that Gillette put out an open comb tech and this looks like one of them. I think it was big in France or that seems to be where people are buying them from. If you search Open Comb Tech in the search box of the forum you might get some more information. I stand to be corrected by better informed members.
